Raw Material Selection
We feed high-purity recycled PET bottle flakes blended with virgin polyester additives into vacuum silos to guarantee raw material purity.
Vacuum Crystallization
The flakes go through double-drum dehumidifiers for 4-6 hours at 170°C, stripping moisture down to less than 30 PPM, preventing bubbles and line snaps.
Molten Extrusion
A single-screw co-extrusion pump melts the material at 280°C. Hydraulic dual-chamber screen-changers filter micro-impurities under high pressure.
Cooling Quench Bath
The molten PET straps pass immediately into water temperature-controlled quench baths, setting the molecular structure to prevent strap brittleness.
High-Ratio Oven Stretch
The cooled bands pass through five-roller heating ovens, stretching them up to 1:6 ratio, locking molecules along the length to maximize tensile strength.
Textured Embossing
The straps go through embossing drums, applying a mesh pattern. This increases tool grip, joint seal efficiency, and splits resistance.
Heat Setting & Relief
Ovens apply thermal relief to eliminate inner molecular strain, keeping straps straight and preventing coil shrinkage during container transport.
Quality Testing & Inspection
We sample each batch in our testing labs, verifying width accuracy, split resistance under force, thickness gauge, and load elongation limits.
Automatic Spool Winding
Automated winding machines wrap the straps neatly on paper/cardboard cores, ensuring tangle-free strap release on automated strapping machines.
Container Palletizing & Export
Completed coils are palletized, moisture-wrapped with desiccants, strapped, and loaded onto trucks for transit to sea port container ships.
